Every repair and replacement carries a written workmanship warranty, and manufacturer material warranties apply on top of that where they are relevant. Warranty coverage depends on normal use and proper maintenance. It does not cover damage from new storms, work by other contractors, or neglect after we finish. Your specific warranty terms are set out in your written agreement. Payment terms are stated in your written quote or contract, and any deposit and balance schedule will be spelled out there. If a permit is required, we will pull it and follow Miami-Dade inspection requirements. You agree to give our crew safe access to the property so the work can be completed on schedule.
